HGS911HD Balancer / Vibration Spectrum Analyzer / Data Collector

HGS911HD is an easy operate and small sized economical vibration Spectrum analyzer & data collector. It can be used for overall vibration measurement, spectrum analysis and measurement of high frequency acceleration envelope design makes it very effective for bearing fault detection. HGS911HD testing data can be outputed to computer for database and trending analysis.

It is also a low-cost, easy-to-use balancing meter with the measurement of Amplitude,Rotation speed RPM, & Phase measurement.

Maintenance

Battery Charging

Rechargeable battery is used in HUAEC Group HGS911HDD data collector. It will take several hours to fully charge the battery and then it will be ready for >20 hours of continuous operation.

Calibration

HUAEC Group HGS911HD and accelerometer should be calibrated periodically. The cycle of calibration is normally one year.
